Allahbadia Gets SC Relief From Arrest
Supreme Court criticises Allahbadia's remarks, grants relief from arrest, bars him from leaving India, and restrains further YouTube content.

The Supreme Court has granted interim protection to Ranveer Allahbadia in multiple FIRs over his controversial remarks, while slamming his comments and imposing travel restrictions.
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday reprimanded social media influencer Ranveer Allahbadia over his distasteful comments during a YouTube show while granting him interim protection from arrest but barred him from airing any shows till further orders.
The apex court dubbed his remarks as “unacceptable” and “showing a perverted mind” and ordered that no further FIRs shall be lodged against him for his comments.
Several FIRs have been filed against Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, for the controversial distasteful comment on comedian Samay Raina’s YouTube show “India’s Got Latent”.
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and N. Kotiswar Singh said, “... There is something dirty in his mind which has been vomited on the YouTube show”.
