Vijayawada: As many as 16 IPS officers were transferred in Andhra Pradesh through a GO issued by Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad on Wednesday. Vineet Brjlal, inspector general of police of the Special Intelligence Bureau, is transferred and posted as the inspector general of police of CID in the existing vacancy.
M. Ravi Prakash, inspector general of police and director of SEB, is transferred and posted as inspector general of police of (P&L) in the place of P.H.D. Ramakrishna, who is now transferred and posted as inspector general of police of Intelligence in the existing vacancy. Fakeerappa Kaginelli, the joint commissioner of police of Visakhapatnam city is transferred and posted as SP, Intelligence in the place of Babujee Attada, who was transferred.
R. N. Ammi Reddy, who is waiting for a posting, is posted as deputy inspector general of police, Admin, at the DGP office in the existing vacancy. Ch. Vijaya Rao, who is waiting for a posting, is posted as deputy inspector general of police for Road Safety in the existing vacancy. Siddharth Kaushal, who is waiting for a posting, is posted as the AIG (law and order) at the DGP office in the existing vacancy. D. Mary Prasanthi, who is waiting for posting, is posted as DCP law and order-Il of Visakhapatnam City in the place of Tuhin Sinha and Tuhin is posted as Anakapalli district SP in the place of M. Deepika.
On transfer, M. Deepika is posted as Commandant, 3d Battalion, APSP, Kakinada in the existing vacancy. G.R. Radhika, who is waiting for a posting, is posted as the principal of Police Training College, Ongole, in the place of Dr K. V. Srinivasa Rao. K. Arif Hafeez, who is waiting for a posting, is posted as SP of the Intelligence Security Wing in Intelligence in the existing vacancy.
