Kurnool:District collector P. Ranjit Basha announced the approval of ₹2.85 crore for industrial incentives. This includes ₹2,85,80,357 for 33 investment subsidy claims, ₹1,50,222 for one electricity cost reimbursement claim, ₹10,19,167 for three interest subsidy claims, and ₹51,22,195 for two tax reimbursement claims.
During the District Industrial Export Promotion Committee (DIEPC) meeting on Thursday, the Collector highlighted the approval of 39 claims under General (6), SC (31), and ST (2) categories. Regarding the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, he reported that 15,545 applications had been reviewed, with 12,236 forwarded to the state government. He directed officials to expedite the verification process for pending applications.
