3-Day Krishnaveni Sangeetha Neerajanam Concludes on a Grand Note

Vijayawada: The second edition of the three-day Krishnaveni Sangeetha Neerajanam concluded on a grand note in Vijayawada on Sunday.

Over 150 artists presented 35 mesmerising musicals enthralling the audience during the three-day music festival organised at three different venues –Tummalapalli Kalakshetram, Durga Ghat and Durga Temple.

The third and concluding day of the neerajanam commenced with divine fervour at the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam Temple atop Indrakeeladri.

Renowned artists Malladi Suribbau, Malladi Sriram Prasad, Malladi Ravi Kumar, Malladi Modumudi Sudhakar, Povuri Gowrinath and Povuri Gayathri opened the day with soul-stirring renditions of Devi Krithis, paying homage to the divine Goddess and enriching the festival with a seamless blend of devotion and melody.

Kanaka Durga Temple Devasthanam officials and the temple's head priest honoured the participating artists, recognising their contribution to music and spirituality.
