Andhra Pradesh: BJP refutes YSRC complaint of EVM manipulations

BJP’s official spokesperson for AP, Sadineni Yamini Sarma, said such observations were absurd. “In 2019, the public gave 151 seats to Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy through EVM results and he did not find fault with the electronic machines then. Now, after his defeat, Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to shift the blame on EVMs,” she said.

Yamini Sarma said the Congress blamed the EVMS for its defeat and now the YSRC was mouthing the same.

Yamini Sarma said Ambati Rambabu, who worked as the water resources minister, has admitted his incompetence by stating that Polavaram was only 4 per cent complete in the last five years.
