Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer Greets People To Mark 78th I-Day Celebrations

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer has greeted the people to mark 78th Independence Day celebrations.

In a statement issued from Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday, the Governor said, “I have great pleasure in conveying my greetings to the people of AP. The Independence Day is a day of remembrance as well as of dedication. It is a day of remembrance of all those great freedom fighters, whose sacrifice has paved the way for us today to enjoy the fruits of freedom. It is a day of rededication to the noble ideals of truth, non-violence, peace, solidarity and brotherhood that inspire our national struggle for freedom. On this auspicious day, let us pledge to rededicate ourselves to the cause of national building in the spirit of Viksit Bharat, towards transforming India into a developed nation by 2047 to mark the 100th year of Independence.”
