Andhra Pradesh: Moderate rainfall in North, South coastal districts in next 24 hours

Visakahapatnam: The Meteorological Department predicted moderate rainfall in North Coastal and South Coastal districts in the next 24 hours, owing to the depression in West Central Bay of Bengal.

In the last six hours, the low pressure areas has been moving at 12 km speed and now, it is centred at 430 km northeast to Vizag.

The weather department informed the low pressure area is 480 km east of Chennai and 590 km south of Gopalpur.

In the next 12 hours, the system is likely to move towards east of north east and then weaken in its intensity in the ocean.
