Andhra Pradesh: Transport JAC condemns JC Prabhakar Reddy’s abusive comments

Transport JAC president TD Prasad Reddy, general secretary N Jagadeesh and others said, “When records are not correct during vehicle inspection or during vehicle registrations, action will be taken against the errant, including seizure of vehicles or imposition of penalty.”

The actions and decisions will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act and “there will be no bias against any person or persons and the seizure of cases will be done as part of the administration of justice.”
