Vijayawada: Chief Secretary Dr K.S. Jawahar Reddy has consulted the legal experts here on Wednesday to initiate legal action against Jana Sena corporator Peethala Murthy Yadav for levelling baseless allegations against him and his family members with regard to purchase of assigned lands.
As Yadav was in the habit of levelling such allegations on various occasions even against the prominent persons at the national level, the legal experts suggested to the CS to take legal action against him.
Moreover, the Jana Sena leader will be served with a legal notice on the issue soon.
