AP girl sole female to top JEE Mains 2025

Two students from Andhra Pradesh have secured top positions in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025.

Visakhapatnam:Two students from Andhra Pradesh have secured top positions in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025.

In the results announced on Tuesday, 15 candidates achieving a perfect NTA score of 100 nationwide. Among them is Sai Manogna Guthikonda of Guntur in AP, who is the sole female candidate among the 15 who secured 100.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed his delight that Sai has achieved a perfect 100 percentile in the JEE Main Paper. He congratulated all candidates. The CM asked those who did not pass not to be disheartened but trust that they will find their calling and excel.

Speaking to media, Sai Manogna discussed her educational journey at Bhashyam School. "My teachers provided excellent guidance throughout my preparation. We followed a structured timetable at school. I prepared according to my teachers' instructions and suggestions," she stated.

Describing her exam experience, she said she spent one hour each on physics and chemistry, and one hour and twenty minutes on mathematics. She used the remaining time to review her answers.

Regarding her future plans, she wants to pursue Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at a premier IIT institution.

Her father, Kishore Chowdary, who is an engineering professor himself, underlined that his daughter has consistently maintained top academic performance from her early years.

Kotipalli Yaswanth Satwik topped the general-EWS (economically weaker section) category with an NTA score of 99.9968125. Satwik completed his class 12 education from Andhra Pradesh recently.

Additionally, Bhavesh Jayanti and Pranay Sai Mukesh of Andhra Pradesh scored 295 out of 300.
