AP tourism hosts first roadshow in Odisha
As part of its tourism promotion initiatives, the Andhra Pradesh department of tourism and the Andhra Pradesh tourism forum (APTF) organised their first roadshow in Bhubaneswar.

Visakhapatnam:As part of its tourism promotion initiatives, the Andhra Pradesh department of tourism and the Andhra Pradesh tourism forum (APTF) organised their first roadshow in Bhubaneswar. The event was attended by Odisha Governor Dr K. Hari Babu as the chief guest.
The roadshow saw participation from 20 leading hotels from Andhra Pradesh and over 60 travel partners from Odisha in the first-ever B2B meetings and networking sessions. P. Vemana, who was appointed by the AP government as a consultant for the tourism department, presented a detailed state tourism overview.
Speaking at the event, Dr Hari Babu highlighted Andhra Pradesh’s popular temples, beaches, cruise terminal, Araku Coffee, Lambasingi, tribal tourism and Horsley Hills. He also emphasised the need for regional tourism development between Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. He commended the Andhra Pradesh tourism department and tourism forum for organising this significant promotional event.
APTF secretary Pavan Kartheek presided over the meeting, while APTF president K. Vijay Mohan delivered the welcome address, stressing the importance of collaboration between the two states in developing common Buddhist and tribal tourism itineraries.
“We must foster stronger tourism ties between Andhra Pradesh and Odisha,” Vijay Mohan stated.
On the occasion, Andhra Pradesh Tourism Forum members felicitated the Governor of Odisha. Representatives of Odisha’s travel associations also participated in the event.
