Amaravati: The AP Government led by Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu appointed Ch. Dwaraka Tirumala Rao, as the new DGP of Andhra Pradesh. Chief Secretary to Government Neerabh Kumar Prasad issued G.O.Rt.No.1086 on Wednesday night transferred Dwaraka Tirumala Rao, from commissioner, public transport department and ex officio VC & MD, APSRTC posts and posted as Director General of Police. Present DGP Harish Kumar Gupta transferred as home secretary.
