Bird flu outbreak devastates poultry farmers in Andhra Pradesh's Konaseema district

Amaravati: A significant bird flu outbreak has struck native poultry in the Rajolu Island region of Dr BR Ambedkar Konaseema district, Andhra Pradesh, impacting nearly 95 villages.

Local poultry farmers report substantial losses as their flocks succumb to the virus, with reports indicating that chickens have been dying in large numbers over the past 15 days.

The outbreak has caused severe financial distress to native chicken breeders and traders in the region.
