CM To Distribute Pattadar Passbooks, Interact With Farmers in West Godavari Today
CM to join Mee Bhoomi–Mee Hakku programme at Siddantham village.

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu would visit Siddantham village in Achanta constituency of West Godavari district on Monday to participate in the government's Mee Bhoomi–Mee Hakku (Your Land–Your Right) programme and distribute newly issued Pattadar passbooks to farmers.
The state government has undertaken a massive exercise to rectify errors in land records and passbooks issued during the YSRC term. Under the initiative, lands are being re-surveyed in the presence of farmers and fresh passbooks issued only after obtaining their approval. As part of the programme, the CM has been personally interacting with farmers every month and overseeing the verification of land details before the distribution of passbooks.
According to officials, the government has completed re-surveys in 6,688 villages since January and distributed new Pattadar Passbooks to 26.46 lakh farmers in 6,459 villages within six months. The government has set a target of completing re-surveys in another 10,357 villages over the next nine months, benefiting farmers through the distribution of 67.32 lakh additional passbooks.
The state has also introduced a first-of-its-kind blockchain-based land records system, assigning a permanent blockchain ID to every land unit to prevent tampering with records. E-KYC verification has been made mandatory at every stage, from survey to final record generation. Draft passbooks are first issued to farmers, and final passbooks are printed only after verification and approval.
As per the schedule, Naidu will leave Amaravati at 10.25am and reach Siddantham at 11am, attend the public meeting at 11.15 am, interact with farmers at 2.30pm, and later hold a review meeting with Telugu Desam leaders before returning to Amaravati in the evening.
West Godavari collector Chadalavada Nagarani stated that the CM has been personally monitoring the programme and interacting directly with farmers as part of the government’s commitment to ensuring error-free land records. During the Siddhantam programme, the CM would distribute Pattadar Passbooks and later interact with farmers.
The collector said AP is the first state to implement a blockchain-based land records system. Every land parcel is being assigned a permanent blockchain ID, ensuring that records remain secure and tamper-proof. E-KYC verification has been made mandatory at every stage of the process, from survey to final issuance of passbooks.
