Constitution ensures justice for all: Bharath
Kurnool: Industries minister T.G. Bharath emphasised the Constitution’s role in ensuring justice and equality for all sections of society during the Constitution Day celebrations held at the Mini Conference Hall of the Collectorate on Tuesday.
Addressing the gathering, the minister highlighted that the freedom and independence enjoyed by the country today are the result of the sacrifices made by countless great individuals over decades. Earlier, the district youth welfare department organised a rally from the Old Bus Stand to the Control Room, passing by the Ambedkar Statue.
In Prakasam, social welfare minister Dr. Dola Sri Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy stated that the coalition government is committed to fulfilling the aspirations enshrined in the Constitution. He pointed out that Andhra Pradesh holds the distinction of having had Sri Krishnaswamy Iyer, from the Nellore region, as a member of the Constitution drafting committee. The minister also highlighted that the Constitution includes provisions addressing the concerns of all sections of society.
Meanwhile, in Nandyal, joint collector C. Vishnu Charan underscored the Constitution's significance in safeguarding citizens' rights and upholding the spirit of democracy. He stressed that governance must adhere to the Constitution’s principles, with new policies introduced in the Assembly and Parliament aligning with its guidelines.
