CREDAI property show in city witnesses huge response

Visakhapatnam: Representatives of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India), Visakhapatnam chapter, are happy with the response to their three-day property show in Vizag city, which concluded on Sunday.

The event attracted a significant number of prospective buyers, investors, and industry stakeholders. It showcased the city's flourishing real estate sector, with leading builders and developers of Vizag putting up over 71 stalls.
The expo highlighted a diverse range of properties, from luxury apartments and villas to affordable housing and commercial spaces. The event provided a platform for developers to connect directly with potential buyers and showcase their projects.
CREDAI Visakhapatnam chairman K.S.R.K. Raju (Sai) expressed satisfaction with the overwhelming response. "The growing trust in Visakhapatnam’s real estate market is evident from the public's enthusiasm. The city's potential as an industrial and tourism hub is driving significant growth," he stated.
Chapter president V. Dharmender echoed this sentiment, calling the response to the expo a testament to the rising demand for real estate in the port city. He underlined CREDAI's commitment to transparency and customer-centric practices. He said the event's success lies in connecting buyers with the right properties and boosting the local economy.
Visitors to the expo appreciated the wide variety of properties on display, where they had the opportunity to interact directly with developers. Rajesh Kumar, a recent resident of Visakhapatnam, said, "The expo saved me a lot of time by allowing me to compare multiple projects in one place. The developers have been transparent. I'm confident of finding my dream home soon."
Developers expressed optimism about the city's real estate market. One among them remarked, "Vizag is witnessing a surge in investments. This is reflected in the growing buyer interest. Such expos are crucial for us to build trust and showcase our projects."
CREDAI Visakhapatnam honorary secretary V. Sreenu, observed, "Visakhapatnam is not just a city; it is an aspiration. CREDAI will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the city's real estate landscape."
