Vijayawada:YSRC leader Devineni Avinash assumed charge as NTR district party president at a programme in Vijayawada on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, former minister and YSRC senior leader Perni Venkataramaiah alias Nani criticised both Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan for getting intoxicated with power and harassing YSRC leaders and workers. "Those who trouble us will suffer tenfold in return," Nani remarked, asserting that YSRC will show its strength well before the next elections.
Rajya Sabha member Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy said simultaneous elections will be held in Andhra Pradesh within two years. He said YSRC will continue to work for the people and definitely come back to power after the simultaneous elections.
