A direct flight between Rajahmundry and Delhi was inaugurated on Thursday at Rajamahendravaram Airport.
Rajahmundry: A direct flight between Rajahmundry and Delhi was inaugurated on Thursday at Rajamahendravaram Airport. The flight was officially launched by Union Minister of Civil Aviation K. Rammohan Naidu, MP Daggubati Purandeswari, and Kakinada MP Thangella Uday Srinivas, who were also onboard the inaugural flight.
Recently, a direct flight to Mumbai from Rajahmundry was also introduced. Speaking on the occasion, MP Purandeswari called the day unforgettable for Rajahmundry and highlighted the significance of connecting the city to other major destinations in the country. She also announced that direct flights to Shirdi, Tirupati, and Ayodhya would be launched soon.
Rammohan Naidu emphasized that Rajahmundry is now well-connected to major cities across India.
