Ex-MLA Pinnelli Gets Extension of Interim Pre-arrest Bail up to June 20
Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has issued an order extending the interim anticipatory bail granted to former MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy up to June 20 and posted the next hearing on the same day.
A single-judge bench, headed by Justice Nyapathi Vijay, held the hearing on Thursday on a plea filed by the ex-MLA.
The police booked three cases against the ex-MLA with one on the destruction of EVMs on the day of polling on May 13 and also two cases on attempt to murder subsequently.
Earlier, the court granted anticipatory bail up to June 6 extended up to June 13, and again extended up to June 20.
