Fire Breaks Out at Fast Food Centre in Tirumala; Woman Injured

Tirupati:A fire erupted at the Sri Lakshmi Narayana Fast Food Centre opposite the Nandakam Guest House in Tirumala on Thursday, leaving a woman injured. The victim, Kavitha (45) from Pachikapallam village in Chittoor district, sustained severe injuries but no devotees were harmed.

Firefighters promptly arrived at the scene and extinguished the blaze. Preliminary investigations suggest a gas cylinder explosion caused by poor maintenance may have triggered the incident. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) vigilance team and fire department have initiated a detailed inquiry. Kavitha is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital.
