Home Minister Vangalapudi Anita Says Tirumala Laddu Tampered With
Visakhapatnam: Home minister Vangalapudi Anitha on Monday declared that the Tirumala Prasadam Laddu had been tampered with during the rule of YSRC government. Unveiling the “Polam Pilustondi Raa” poster at Payakaraopeta, she accused former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy of commercialising religious organisations. “Disrespectful remarks on Tirupati God Venkateswara Swamy will not be tolerated,” the home minister remarked.
She expressed concern about the uncertainty related to the state capital over the past five years. She underlined that the state had accumulated debts running into lakhs of crores of rupees. Anita praised Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan for the successful conduct of gram sabhas across the state. She announced that a Mega Job Mela will be organised and complaint boxes will be installed in all villages to address community issues.
The home minister highlighted the increasing use of ganja by the under-aged in Payakaraopeta constituency. She asked police to take action against illegal activities without succumbing to political pressures.
