JNTU-GV Signs MOU With Germany’s Reutlingen University
The collaboration will provide international-standard education in Professional Software Engineering, Digital Engineering, and Management.

Visakhapatnam: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University–Gurajada, Vizianagaram (JNTU-GV) has signed a pact with the Knowledge Foundation Reutlingen University (KFRU), Germany, to launch a 5-year International Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s programme.
The collaboration will provide international-standard education in Professional Software Engineering, Digital Engineering, and Management. Students will earn a Bachelor’s Degree from JNTU-GV and a Master’s Degree from Reutlingen University, one of Germany’s institutions established in 1855.
The programme is set to begin in the academic year 2026. As part of the agreement, two top-ranking students, one male and one female, will be offered a one-month free internship in Germany.
Nallaparaju Bangara Raju, CEO of Indo-Euro Synchronisation, played a key role in finalising the MoU, while Project Lead Nikhileshwar Ventaddu coordinated programme activities.
Alongside the academic collaboration, Bangara Raju announced a skill development initiative for ITI Electrician candidates, offering free German language training. Candidates who qualify for the German A2 Level Certification will be provided employment opportunities in Germany through authorised channels. Registrations are open via the JNTU-GV website.
The initiative aims to prepare Indian youth for international careers by equipping them with language proficiency, communication skills, and orientation towards German workplace culture. Vice-chancellor VV Subbarao said the collaboration reflects JNTU-GV’s commitment to global employability, skill development, and industry-integrated education.
The pact, in the form of an MoU, was signed under the leadership of Prof Subbarao and registrar-in-charge Prof D Rajya Lakshmi, in the presence of the directors Prof G Swami Naidu, Prof SK Vali, Prof G Jaya Suma, Prof GJ Naga Raju, the principal-in-charge Prof KCB Rao, and the heads of various departments.
University officials expressed confidence that the partnership would create world-class educational and employment opportunities for students and strengthen global academic and industrial integration.
