JNTUK, VEDA IIT Invite Applications for Industry-Integrated Training Programme
The common entrance preliminary test will be held on June 20 from 9 a.m., followed by the main examination from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Kakinada:Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) has invited applications from eligible B.Tech students for a specialised industry-integrated training programme being conducted in collaboration with VEDA IIT, Hyderabad, under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions.
Students of III-year B.Tech (ECE, EEE, EI, CSE, AI & ML) with 75 per cent or above marks can apply online on or before June 17. Selection will be based on performance in a competitive entrance examination, interview and submission of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective colleges.
The common entrance preliminary test will be held on June 20 from 9 a.m., followed by the main examination from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Selected students will undergo training at VEDA IIT in VLSI Digital and Analog Engineering, Embedded System Design and Applied Artificial Intelligence. The programme will cover the two semesters of the final year, with 40 academic credits earned during training being transferred to JNTUK in lieu of regular final-year coursework.
Officials said the programme fee of Rs. 9 lakh per student will be borne by sponsoring companies. The training will also include internships with consortium companies and is expected to lead to employment opportunities for successful candidates.
