Vijayawada: The state government has appointed Dr Kotha Madhu Murthy, Professor (HAG) of Mechanical Engineering & Member (Board of Governors, NITW), National Institute of Technonology, Warangal as the chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education(APSCHE). He will be in the position for a period of three years.
