Kurnool, June 13
A man died and a woman was severely injured when an autorickshaw overturned in Peddahottur village in Alur mandal on Thursday. The deceased, identified as 55-year-old Golla Lakshmanna, died instantly. The auto was en route to Alur from Peddahottur when the accident occurred.
A 40-year-old woman, Somalingamma, was critically injured and was rushed to the government hospital by locals. Her condition remains critical. The Alur police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
