VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, along with the minister for IT Lokesh and other officials, will attend the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, titled ‘Shaping the Intelligent Age,’ from January 20 to 24 in Davos, Switzerland.
The Chief Minister plans to use this global platform to highlight the investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh and showcase the state’s natural resources available for setting up industrial units.
The CM, together with minister Lokesh, will also present the initiatives in renewable energy, the technology used for administration, and the development of smart cities and basic amenities for setting up projects. These points will be discussed with representatives from multinational companies at the WEF annual meeting.
The delegation led by Chief Minister will also include senior officials from the industries, and members from the AP Economic Development Board. The delegation will depart from Andhra Pradesh on January 19.
