Visakhapatnam:In a symbolic gesture of humility and gratitude, M.V. Pranav Gopal arrived at the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) office on a bicycle to assume his new role as chairman. "I came on a bicycle, the symbol of the TD party, to express my gratitude for the trust the party has placed in me," he told Deccan Chronicle.
After his appointment, Pranav Gopal, accompanied by his mother, visited Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and IT and education minister Lokesh to thank them. "The Chief Minister has high hopes for young leaders and I will work hard to fulfill those aspirations," he said.
His bicycle arrival was a notable gesture, reflecting his commitment to simplicity and accessibility. The public and party members welcomed this grounded approach to leadership, symbolizing a fresh perspective for the region’s development.
