Vijayawada:Union Minister of State for Rural Development and Communications, Pemmasani Chandrasekhar, assured manufacturing unit owners at the Guntur Textile Park that he would bring their concerns to the attention of the state and central governments.
The unit owners raised issues related to inadequate government support, textile exports, power supply problems, and requested a 50% subsidy from the Centre to sustain their businesses.
Pemmasani, accompanied by Narasaraopet MP Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayulu and Chilakaluripet MLA Prathipati Pulla Rao, visited the Guntur Textile Park in Gopalam Vari Palem village, Chilakaluripet Mandal, and assured the owners that the government would work to resolve their challenges.
