Roadshow by Ram Mohan Naidu and Atchannaidu in Srikakulam

Visakhapatnam: Union civil aviation minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu and state Agriculture Minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu held a joint road show from Visakhapatnam to Srikakulam on Monday.

Both ministers were warmly welcomed by party activists when they landed at the Visakhapatnam airport. Srikakulam district TD president Kalamata Venkataramana and Srikakulam MLA Gondu Shankar oversaw the arrangements.

Ram Mohan Naidu chatted with leaders and well-wishers over lunch at Bhogapuram. The two ministers then proceeded to Vizianagaram, where they met MLA Aditi Vijayalakshmi Gajapathi Raju.

Minister Ram Mohan Naidu stated, "The Telugu Desam government had acquired land for construction of the Bhogapuram airport long ago, but it could not be completed during the YSRC term. We assure the people that there will be rapid progress in the works from now on."

The two ministers travelled by road to Srikakulam. MLA Gondu Shankar welcomed them.

The ministers paid tributes to the late Yerrannaidu. Later, they arrived at NTR Municipal School ground. They were accompanied by a bike rally by TD activists. The two held a friendly meeting with the party’s rank and file.

A road rally was held from the Srikakulam entrance to the 80-feet road by way of offering a welcome to the ministers. TD Srikakulam president Madarapu Venkatesh, TD state SC cell general secretary S.V. Ramana Madiga and others greeted the duo and congratulated Ram Mohan Naidu on his elevation as a Union minister.
