Tirupati: A rowdy-sheeter Ganji Ravi,40, was allegedly murdered near Ramalingapuram Bridge in Nellore late Sunday night. Ravi, recently released from prison after serving time for a murder conviction, is believed to have fallen victim to an attack rooted in long-standing rivalries.
Police suspect a group including Chintoo, Kamma Sai and Venky of fatally stabbing Ravi multiple times. On receiving information, Balajinagar police arrived at the scene, initiating an investigation before shifting the body to the district government hospital for post-mortem. Sources say several suspects have been taken into custody.
