SVSN Varma Removed as Pithapuram TDP In-Charge

Amaravati: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) high command has removed SVSN Varma from the post of party in-charge for the Pithapuram Assembly constituency amid the ongoing controversies in the segment.

According to party sources, the Telugu Desam Party leadership has decided to constitute a special committee at the earliest to manage and supervise party affairs in the constituency. The party has reportedly begun internal consultations in this regard.

Reports suggested that this move comes in the backdrop of a series of political developments and internal issues in Pithapuram.
