Telugu Wikipedia Pandaga 2025 held in Tirupati

Over 50 members of Telugu Wikipedia participated in the three-day "Telugu Wikipedia Pandaga 2025" held in the pilgrimage town of Tirupati. It was held on February 14, 15 and 16.
Telugu Wikipedia was launched in 2003 and more than 1 lakh essays have been uploaded onto the site.
Special training classes were held to explore ways on improving Wikipedia, enhancing the writing skills of the members, presentation skills to incite the interest of the readers.
The members took out a rally with the slogan "Telugu Wikipedia lo cherandi...andariki vigyanam panchandi" and distributed pamphlets to raise awareness about Wikipedia.
The organisers said online training sessions "Telugu Wikipedia Badi" would be launched very soon. This will help new members to partner with Wikipedia.
On the occasion, members who extended exemplary services to Wikipedia were felicitated. Yerra Rama Rao was felicitated as the best organizer. Other members whose services won recognition include NR Gullapalli, Sri Rammurthy, Batthini Vinay Kumar Goud, Swara Lasika, T. Sujatha, Ravichandra, Ramesam, I. Mahesh, B.K. Viswanath.
The three-day conclave also decided to improve the number of active members, attracting more members and sustaining their interest in sticking for the development of Telugu Wikipedia.
The Telugu Wikipedia User Group also adopted a resolution to create more content in the future and strive for a comprehensive Telugu Wikipedia.
The three-day conclave aims to increase the efficiency of Telugu Wikipedia and make knowledge available to the people.
