Tuni MLA orders reconstruction of protection wall at Tandava Bridge

Kakinada: Tuni MLA Yanamala Divya has instructed officials to rebuild the protection wall of Tandava Bridge between Tuni and Payakaraopeta. The 15-metre section of the protection wall collapsed four days ago.
During her inspection of the bridge on Sunday, MLA Divya emphasised the need for immediate restoration. Officials informed her that finishing touches on the footpath-related wall are pending due to heavy water flows in the Tandava River, which had delayed the work. They assured that the 15-foot protection wall would be rebuilt soon, and the remaining structure is safe.
