Two file anticipatory bail petitions in RDO office fire incident

Anantapur: Pedda Reddy, who is a suspect in the fire accident incident at the RDO office in Madanapalle of Annamayya district, and municipal vice-chairman Venkata Chalapathi of the YSRC have filed anticipatory bail petitions in Madanapalle court on Saturday.

Pedda Reddy, a close aide of former minister and Punganur MLA Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, has been in dark after the fire mishap in which important documents were destroyed in fire.

Four special teams have launched a hunt to nab the accused in the case after Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu acted seriously on the issue.
