Unannounced flight cancellation leaves Tirupati passengers frustrated

Tirupati: Passengers flying with Alliance Air faced significant inconvenience on Tuesday when their scheduled flight from Tirupati to Hyderabad was abruptly cancelled without prior notice. The cancellation affected around 45 passengers who had booked tickets for the morning flight, originally scheduled to arrive from Hyderabad at 7:15 am and depart at 8:15 am.

Passengers reported they received no prior communication about the cancellation, leaving them stranded at Tirupati airport without any clear alternatives. The lack of information from the airline led to frustration among the passengers, many of whom expressed disappointment over the absence of rebooking options.

A few passengers staged a brief protest at the terminal, seeking answers and demanding immediate rebooking. While some managed to secure seats on other flights to Hyderabad at additional costs, others were forced to return home, disappointed by the lack of assistance from the airline.
