Kurnool: Staff at the Velugonda project office staged a protest on Wednesday, raising concerns about the behaviour of executive engineer Venkata Ramanaiah. They accused him of coming to the office drunk, disturbing the staff, and demanding money for every task. The staff also claimed that even when vehicles were arranged for them to visit work sites, they were not provided with agreements. They expressed frustration over his unprofessional conduct and said that his actions were hindering their ability to work effectively. The protest was supported by DEs, JEs, and other staff members, who demanded his immediate transfer.
