Visakhapatnam: Visakhapatnam will host a series of vibrant tribal pride festivals from November 24 to 26 to celebrate ‘Jana Jatiya Gaurav Diwas (JJGD)’ and ‘Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA)’. These events will highlight the rich cultural heritage and entrepreneurial spirit of the region’s tribal communities.
The festivals will be held daily at R.K. Beach Road, starting at 4 PM. Visitors can expect various activities, including captivating performances by tribal artists showcasing traditional dance and music. Additionally, the festival will feature displays of tribal art and crafts, with skilled artisans offering handmade products for sale.
Festivalgoers will also have the opportunity to taste and purchase ethnic foods from tribal organizations, experiencing unique culinary traditions.
