Vijayawada: A woman stabbed her husband in the chest with a sharp object, causing grievous injuries, following a dispute at Reddy Cheruvu village in Undrajavaram mandal of East Godavari, on Tuesday night.According to the police, Ch. Srinivasa Rao and his wife, Rani, had been facing ongoing issues for some time. On Tuesday night, a heated argument escalated, leading Rani to stab Rao. He was immediately taken to the government district hospital in Tanuku for treatment. The police have registered a case, and the investigation is ongoing.
