Tirupati: A youth from Chittoor district, who fell victim to an overseas job scam, is stranded in Kuwait and has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu through social media for their intervention to bring him back to India.

According to a widely circulated video, Yugandhar, a resident of Peddapatteda village in Sriramapuram Panchayat of Nindra mandal, previously worked as a car driver in Tirupati. Seeking better opportunities, he met Vijay Kumar from Padipeta, who promised him a lucrative job abroad.
Trusting Vijay Kumar, Yugandhar gathered ₹2 lakh and traveled to Kuwait with high hopes. However, upon arrival, he realised he had been deceived and was left jobless. With no means of support, he survived for five months relying on financial assistance from his parents.
As his health worsened and his resources ran out, Yugandhar turned to social media to share his plight. In the video, he detailed his hardships and requested government intervention for his safe return.
