Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy directed officials to take measures to resume construction activities of six irrigation projects which have been pending for the years on the Krishna and Godavari basin.
Revanth Reddy asked the officials about the status of six projects — Nilamvagu, Pimpri, Palem Vagu, Matghadivagu, SRSP Stage-II and Sadarmat project.
The Chief Minister directed the officials to finish the construction of such projects by 2025 and make them ready to supply irrigation water. Revanth Reddy said that spend a low budget on these projects and provide irrigation water for more farmers for regular cultivation.
