DyCM Pawan Kalyan Receives Grievance Petitions from People at Party Office

Vijayawada: On the lines of the Jana Vani programme conducted by the party across the state to receive grievance petitions from the public from 2019 to 2024, Jana Sena chief and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan on Saturday received grievance petitions directly from the public at the party’s central office in Mangalagiri. The party has set up a dedicated help desk on the party’s central office premises to receive grievance petitions directly from the public.

Pawan Kalyan has stopped his convoy to interact with the people while returning from the state Assembly to the party’s central office when he spotted several people patiently waiting there with their grievance petitions. He received grievance petitions from them. Pawan Kalyan patiently interacted with all the people, listened to their issues and addressed some of them on the spot by talking to officials concerned over the phone and assured people of resolving all their problems.

The Deputy Chief Minister directly swung into action when a woman from Vijayawada rued over inaction by the police in the missing case of her minor daughter who went missing nine months ago under Machavaram police station limits in Vijayawada.

He immediately called the Machavaram circle inspector and enquired about the progress in the investigation of the case. He directed the police officer to take action and render justice to the victim. The Deputy Chief Minister further sent the woman to the Machavaram PS in the party vehicle.

Pawan Kalyan further assured to resolve issues of around 30 physically challenged people who came to the party office to report their grievances.
