Vijayawada: A woman was hacked to death in broad daylight by her husband over a family dispute at Ramanujapuram of Koyyalagudem Mandal in Eluru district on Wednesday.
According to police, R. Suryachandram quarreled with his wife Sai Lakshmi frequently on family issues. He picked up a quarrel with her and when she moved out of the house, he lost his cool and followed her and
attacked her with a knife causing her death on the spot.
Police booked a case and took the accused into custody for questioning.
