Hyderabad: The Excise special task force police seized 25 LSD blots worth Rs.1.25 lakh in the Malkajgiri police limits and arrested one person in an operation as part of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's directive to transform Hyderabad into a drug-free city.
The drugs were brought from abroad to Bengaluru and were smuggled to Hyderabad to be sold in the city. The STF arrested Md Abdul Mobeen at a petrol station in the Medchal area while he was trying to sell the LSD.
The police have registered a case and are investigating into the matter.
