Hyderabad: Secunderabad railway police arrested an inter-state drug peddler and seized 60 kilogram of ganja worth Rs.15 lakh from his possession on Wednesday.
The accused Dilip Kumar Nayak, who was transporting the contraband from Odisha to Delhi, was intercepted by the GRP and RPF teams during a surprise check at Secunderabad railway station. "Dilip confessed that he procured the banned drug from one Gajapati in Odisha and was transporting it to Delhi via Secunderabad. Other organisers - Tapan from Odisha and seller Bijay from Delhi are at large," railway police said.
