BENGALURU: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday said a decision on shifting of murder accused actor Darshan in judicial custody and lodged in Parappana Agrahara Prison of Bengaluru will be taken after discussion with officials concerned. Even, Minister for Home Dr G. Parameshwar expressed similar views to that of the Chief Minister.
Meanwhile, sources told Deccan Chronicle officials consider shifting to Hindalga Prison in Belagavi district. However, citing Hindalga Prison might not be safer to lodge Darshan considering security measures there.
Officials are of the opinion not to shift Darshan from Bengaluru. If needed, officials are considering shifting Darshan to Ballari Prison.
