Sriramulu accuses Gali of spreading imisinformation against him
Gali attempting to sideline me, says Sriramulu

Ballari: BJP leader Sriramulu has fiercely countered Gangavathi MLA G Janardhan Reddy’s claims, accusing him of spreading misinformation and attempting to sideline him in the party.
Sriramulu also emphasized his independent political journey and his long-standing support for Reddy, including efforts to secure his release from jail.
“He claims to have built his career without my support, but this is far from the truth. I have consistently stood by him, even pleading with the high command to secure his release from jail. Back then, I never harbored any ill will towards him,” Sriramulu told reporters today.
He said that even during the absence of Reddy, he had toiled for the party.
Sriramulu emphasized his dedication to the party during Janardhan Reddy’s absence, stating that he had worked tirelessly and sincerely for the party in Ballari. Recalling his past efforts to support Reddy, he mentioned that he had urged the party high command to recognize Reddy as an asset and even requested his release from jail. Sriramulu added that he had never harbored any ill will toward Reddy, not even in his dreams.
Responding to allegations of criminal involvement, Sriramulu fired back, “If Reddy calls me a criminal, does that make him a saint? I have records of his deeds. While he threatens to tell stories about me, I can reveal his actions in two or three episodes,” he warned.
Sriramulu also strongly defended his political journey. “I come from a family with a political legacy. My maternal uncle, who worked in the Railways, communicated with Rajiv Gandhi. My grandmother was also in politics. I have fought against the feudal system and built my career through hard work. I did not rise because of anyone’s mercy,” he clarified.
He accused Reddy of attempting to sideline him.
Highlighting the differences in their political trajectories, Sriramulu said, “While Janardhan Reddy has been an MLC and minister once, I have won six elections and built my career independently. I even formed my own party and later merged it with the BJP at the direction of Prime Minister Modi. At that time, was Reddy even present?”
Acknowledging the strained relationship between them, Sriramulu admitted, “The disputes within the party may be temporary, but the differences between me and Janardhan Reddy are permanent. Once hearts are broken, it is difficult to mend them.”
Sriramulu also accused Reddy of harboring a destructive mindset and attempting to tarnish his reputation by dredging up old criminal cases.
According to Sriramulu, Janardhan Reddy’s frustration arises from not being welcomed by him when he entered Ballari after the court permitted him recently.
