Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated the renovated Periyar Memorial in Vaikom, Kerala as part of the centenary celebrations of the historic Vaikom Satyagraha. Thanthai Periyar Memorial and Periyar Library is established in honour of Dravidar Kazhagam founder E V Ramasamy.
