Hyderabad: The railways on Saturday announced that it would introduce a biweekly train between Secunderabad and Vasco da Gama in Goa. It would leave Secunderabad on Wednesday and Friday, and start from Vasco da Gama on Thursdays and Saturdays.
This follows an appeal by Union minister G. Kishan Reddy to his counterpart Ashwini Vaishnav on March 16. Information regarding the introduction of the train was communicated to Kishan Reddy, who thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Vaishnaw.
