Pawan Keeps His Word, Visits Nookambika Temple in Anakapalle
Visakhapatnam: Amidst a warm welcome by alliance leaders in Visakhapatnam, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan visited the Anakapalle Nookalamma temple on Monday. During an election campaign in Anakapalle, Pawan had announced that after the alliance party's victory he would first go to the Nookambika temple in Anakapalle and then proceed to Pithapuram.
Accordingly, Pawan took a special flight from Delhi to Visakhapatnam airport and then travelled to Anakapalle by car. Upon his arrival, the priest and temple committee members welcomed him with Poorna Kumbham.
A special puja was performed, and Prasadam was presented to Pawan Kalyan. He was warmly welcomed by the Anakapalle ex-MLA Peela Govind. Pawan Kalyan had requested the Jana Sena leaders in the district not to accompany him, so no prominent Jana Sena leaders were present during the temple visit.
