Rajanarasimha Vows to Resolve Issues of Staff Hit by GO 317
Hyderabad: With state government giving approval for general transfers, the Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGWREIS) is formulating guidelines to implement the decision. Applications have been issued in a prescribed format for the same.
Counselling will take place between July 5 and July 20. Employees allotted to new local cadres in accordance with GO 317 and posted to other local cadres will be eligible to apply for transfers. Employees of TGWREIS who were repatriated from the TGEMR Society can use the web options.
Meanwhile, health minister Damodara C. Rajanarasimha, who heads the Cabinet sub-committee on GO 317, met representatives affected employees and promised them that their grievances would be resolved.
The meeting discussed the nativity issue, presidential order and on transfer sought by spouses of employees. “The minister assured us that Clause 28 in the GO which allows transfer of local cadres from one another local cadre area will be used to resolve the loss of nativity problem,” said T. Vijay Kumar, chairman, GO 317 Victim Employees and Teachers JAC.
